- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Bartiss is a wonderful doctor!! He was absolute amazing with my son. However, the rest of the staff, not so much. From the time we walked in at our appointment time to the time we left, two hours had passed! We did not get called back until 45 mins past our appointment time! Then the nurse was very short, had a lack of patience with my son and a bad attitude. Yes, he was cranky because he was sitting in the waiting room for so long, but she did nothing to help the situation. Her lack of patience and attitude made the situation so much worse. Causing me to become stressed. After, the nurses got the dilating eye drops in his eyes we continued to wait for an hour to see the doctor. Taking a child to any doctor is not an easy task, but this was above and beyond. It is very unfortunate because Dr. Bartiss is so wonderful.February 10, 2017by Heather Coleman
